Our villa, located on a hill in the south of Tuscany, is surrounded by a private area of 35 hectares that guarantees silence and tranquility.

Over the years the landscaping of the property has been expanded: trees and plants, a porch, a magnificent lake, a beach volleyball court, and a playground for children. Today Villa Sant'Anna offers a heavenly place for all those who seek detachment from the hectic everyday life: from individual travelers to large groups.

The Villa presents itself with a perfect setting for parties and events also of great scope. Do you want to go on a cultural trip or a simple holiday in the countryside? Do you want to do sports or just relax? Action or rest?

Browse the lively weekly markets, visit wine cellars, among the most famous in Italy, with unforgettable flavors and aromas. Taste typical dishes of the area, in characteristic restaurants scattered in ancient villages, easily accessible from the Villa.
