Continue on the A12 passing Rosignano Marittimo / the end the A12
Continue now on the SS1 (tollfree) until you reach the exit Castagneto-Donoratico.
After the exit turn right at the roundabout and over a bridge, and turn first left than right into the direction of Castagneto Carducci
Drive through Castagneto Carducci and follow the signs to Sassetta.
After the town sign “Sassetta” continue through the village part “Le Fornaci”
When you can see the village of Sassetta and there is a gas station to you right, turn sharply left in to direction “Monterotondo”
From here on it is about 6 km (each km is marked on signs along the road)
After the sign for km 6 there is a large power pole to your right. Watch out for a white, oval sign on the right side of the road which marks the entrance to the access road to Villa Sant’Anna.
Turn right here and follow the driveway along the lake to the house.
